He had some good years with Worcester i recall, just didn’t fit with the Sharks and jetted straight home after that. Outside of the OV line and Nabby, Russians never have much luck in San Jose. Hope that changes with Chekhovich, Kniazev, Ibragumov, Knyzhov and Kotkov.

He’s 34 yrs old and he is not a starting G, he’s a good 1B

Honestly a good move for them if they could do it. No idea how they move Jones' entire contract without significant retention or taking another albatross back.

Also looks like a bit of an overpayment for Kassian imo
