Tanev is defenitly going wait until Muzzin is signed and take the best offer of the bitting war. Id say he wont sign for less than 5,5 per

This might be a bit generous for Tanev considering how injury prone he is

He has had injury troubles but I think he's a good guy for the Leafs to look at. His game would likely pair well with Reilly's. I don't if I'm comfortable with 5 mil plus though. 3 years sounds right, 4/4.5 would be better.

Tierney trade here is redundant. They don't have the cap space to pay a 3C that (part of the reason they traded Kadri in the first place).

They traded Kadri because he was never available in the playoffs (always suspended) and to get a good RHD.

"PART" of the reason. The playoff thing is completely heresay and conjecture. Just because some guy on sportsnet says it doesn't make it true.

He was also a piece they could use to land an RHD upgrade, you're right. Except, well, how did that go?

I mean Barrie has been a great point producer since Keefe came in, but he's a turnover machine
