Romanov is more complete. Both have the potential of being 40pts plus dmen. Sandin might be more offensive though.

pretty even. Both sides will usually think their guy is better, but at this point it's too early to tell.

I can see Sandin being an offensive Dman whereas Romanov as defensive Dman considering his development with the CSKA Moscow. There's even a possibly that they become bust because some players haven't been able to properly transition to the NHL.
But tbh, we'll never know until they both have played a significant amount of games in the NHL.
