and with his contract of 10m for 7 years they are kinda stuck with him. theres no reason for florida to trade for another goalie and have their total goalies paid be at roughly 15m. at 84.5m cap thats 17.75% of the cap on guys that only one will play per night. thats nuts.

Not really. He always whiffs on the puck and gives it away leading to a prime scoring chance. Did you see him score on his own net against Philly? What about that time he got walked by Matthews? He’s not good defensively. As for his offensive game, he’d Be decent if playing with Crosby.

I don't see Florida investing $15+ million into 2 goaltenders. Sheary isn't worth a bag of pucks and Beagle's contract doesn't provide enough value on the ice.

Sheary costed the Penguins game 5 of the 2018 series vs the Flyers. If he got the puck to center ice, they would’ve got a line change. Unfortunately he whiffed on the puck and the Flyers scored. Sheary is only good at generating possession.

No way in hell is Florida taking on Murray, Florida already has Bobrovsky and then McKnight is the future Bobrovsky and Murray combined would be nearly $16.5 million combined long term that's a joke.
