Lmao that’s a hard pass from Columbus. Dubinsky can just be placed on LTIR if needed. We aren’t moving Peeke who could be the Savard replacement and we sure as heck aren’t moving our 2020 1st.

You explain why Gudbranson is good and then proceed to trade him with retention. Good logic. Having Fowler and Guhle as our top pairing makes me feel sick. You need to stop using advanced stats in isolation and actually watch some hockey.

Pretty much all are terrible deals and/or unrealistic. At least you managed to draft Laf with 1st OA, even though I'm sure a 5 year old could do that.

Yea he might not, but if you go on Elite prospects he's ranked everywhere from 11-31, so idk, I was honestly just picking a guy.

He isn't on LTIR right now, i don't think he can. I forgot to put the condition on it, moves to next year if it's a lottery pick. Didn't realize Peeke was so highly thought about, figured he was more like a B grade prospect based on Corey Pronman's prospect rankings.

You should, he's very good and on a good contract and the Rags need to contend soon because of Panarin.

I don't think they're that far from competing, I think if they get a player like Silfverberg it should solidify their top-6 right side and then their youngsters should be a good support staff. Panarin is 29 next season they've got to try to utilize his prime while he's in it.

Kakko obviously isn't ready and Buchnevich plays both sides, Fast isn't a top-6 forward, Kravtsov isn't ready yet. I don't know who else there is, Silf is better than Buchnevich has shown so far.

          Panarin - Zibanejad - Buch
          Kakko - Chytil - Silf

This is what their top 6 would be likely, assuming they trade away Strome for picks.

Kakko has been very bad this season regardless of where he's played. According to hockey-viz's models in 493 minutes of play the Rangers with Kakko on the ice have been a -17% offensive threat below average compared to +6% above average without Kakko. In the defensive zone the Rangers have allowed +37% more offense than average with Kakko on the ice compared to +8% without Kakko.

Kakko is not yet ready and has been very BAD.
