Even though bracco is great, you aren’t going to land an elite defenseman like Zadarov for that. Try Ian Cole instead. Even that is unlikely.

Colorado have an abundance of good d men, maybe Bracco, a 2nd and two thirds would get him?

Colorado is gonna be in the same spot as toronto in playoffs trying to win a cup, why would they ship out zads for a player who's never played in the nhl?

My offer for zads which is probably a bit more likely to go through is johsson, Kral and a 2nd. That’s a good trade for both teams

COL wants to compete now. Why would they ship out an NHL D man for picks and a guy with no NHL experience? Even if the value is fair COL has no reason to make that trade.
