So we retain half on AA for a smallish Center we don't need + a 3rd round pick. Not nearly enough and with Florida being a divisional opponent the ask would be far greater.

Heponiemi was a 2nd rd pick would be the jutification I would add.

Bottom line it's not what Yzerman is asking for. He made it pretty clear that he wants a 2020 2nd round pick+b level prospect preferably a LHD prospect. We've Larkin #1C Veleno #2C and Rasmussen #3C we don't need a smallish C and that doesn't take into account that if we draft either #2 OR #3 that either Byfield or Stutzle would be taken adding even more to our C depth.
