Why would the Avs, a playoff team who needs more defense, would trade Zadorov? Just because you target a player you want on your team, doesn't mean it makes sense for a team to trade them...have to look at both sides.

It actually does make sense for the Avs since they’ve been coveting a LW for a while. Why else do u think Kreider is tied to them?

But not at the cost of a core defensive player and they also need more defense if you've been following them.

IMO all three reject the trades. Zaradov is too good with upside. AA, though he's too erratic for my liking, he's more than an expiring contract. Campbell is signed 2.5 years. He's worth more than non NHL projects.

I also think the Wings decline. Ceci is a UFA and Detroit isn't good enough to sign him. I don't know what to think Bracco I've read a lot stuff about him and for every article praising him the is an article picking him apart. I do know he is 5'9" and 173lbs and he doesn't have the speed that makes most undersized players successful at the NHL level. The thing that bothers me is he is playing in his 3 season and has played 162 the AHL but he hasn't played 1 game for Toronto yet. Since AA has 2 more seasons util he is a UFA there is no rush to trade him.

The avs have been linked to every trade deadline trade bait player because they are one of the few teams in the playoff picture with cap space.

It's safe for media to speculate because they went after panarin in the offseason.

I dont think the avs are interested AJ, they have plenty of middle 6 players, the would have just kept kerfoot and sent you zadorov in the kadri trade

AA trade is a laugh, Detroit has enough Bracco's within their system, Cody Ceci is a pending UFA and a 3rd isn't enough. Once again Yzerman stated that he wants a 2020 2nd and a b level prospect preferably a LHD prospect for AA Your trash doesn't cut it.
