your right habs fans think its laughable this is another case of habs prospects being overvalued

I can't see a non playoff team like the Habs trading "so much" just to get Hertl for two years. More than likely still a non playoff team then Hertl is a UFA. Hertl to a contender is a more likely trade.
The current edition of the Sharks and Habs seem to be same position...out of the playoffs now and in the future. So if it's so good for Montreal to obtain Hertl, why would Sharks trade him?

Hertl is excellent, but this is still an absurd overpayment for a player not named McDavid.

Not sure why you'd feel the need to have MINN hold back $666k. The Habs are light years away from having cap difficulties. Might as well ask for more from the Wild since they are the team with more potential cap issues.

As much I like Hertl... that's alot!
Armia, Poehling & 1st is the right price IMO and I would do it if I am Bergevin as we need a real TOP 1C.

BUt Minny say No thanks for your package... and Brodin is a very similare player than Scandella.
