Gallant had 1 move pull up at the top of the circle and rip a slapshot. I'm not kidding I have seen him do it on a break-a-way, on a 2 on 1, even on a 2 on 0 and once on a 3 on 0. My dad used to refer to free skate as Gallant skate because there is no skating fast and no skating backwards. If Detroit trades AA I'm almost positive it will be for a a young defenseman or a D prospect. Detroit is finally getting a couple of bad contracts off the books at the end of the season but they still have a few left. I think Turris's contract is too much to handle and Yzerman has yet to take a cap dump. So I don't know if he actually do it or if he has never been in a situation that it made sense for him to do that. I don't know how many Wings games you've been able to watch this season but Nemeth is a solid defensive defenseman. I think it would be a wrong move to trade him.

Don't even know where to begin in responding to that nonsense.

I don't mind this. Maybe Turris and Mantha can rekindle their world championship chemistry. Apparently redw1n9s is the smartest man on this website, id like to see his ideas. Only thing id change is keep Nemeth, good #5 dman and don't sign Krug who probably signs with Boston anyways. Another year and they might be knocking on a WC spot. But this team looks like it could hover around .500 for this year. And really you cant get any worse than this year.
