Difference in that game and shootout was Rittich was the better goaltender

Honestly that’s a scary though as him as your 3rd line center...

100% spot on. That game should not have even went to overtime. At least 15 high danger scoring chances that rittich absolutely stole. Beast of a game by a goalie who competes hard.

It's not worth targeting a shootout specialist in a trade. Shootouts are rare and only used in the regular season

Nearly perfect night for me. Would have loved to see a Toronto OT win but a 3 point night for my two favourite teams. Both needing the points.

Toronto is 1-0-1 with muzzin and Rielly out and just went into a 1-1 OT. No complaints from this leafs fan.
