So Dumba disappoints this season, has never proven himself as a top pair player and is now on the block. Not sure how that makes him worth a massive haul of assets. Seems like he's an above average 2nd pair player, and I don't see why anyone would give up more than a top 6 forward and a couple of other assets. But we are talking about a trade to the Leafs, and the rules on this site say TO has to pay triple all the time.

The ONLy reason Dumba isn’t on the top pair for the Wild is because Ryan Suter calls the shots...that, and Spurgeon is pretty damn good!
Dumba (if he finds his game again) is a top pairing RHD on 2/3s of the teams in the NHL...and that’s why this offer is such a joke!
