Tatar - 1st round pick and High end prospect
Petry - 1st round pick and decent prospect

Tatar = Nolan Foote + 1st Round Pick
Petry = Cal Foote

I'd say it's an overpayment for Tampa, but the value isn't far off.

I think Petry full retention is worth a bit more than Cal Foote.
You say :
Tatar - 1st round pick and High end prospect : 2021 1st and N.Foote
Petry - 1st round pick and decent prospect : C.Foote + Fortier
Condon vs Lindgren for cap also has value for TB
Same thing with Rutta, with now Petry, Shattenkirk and Cernick as RD.

I would rather keep Foote brothers and solid Rutta than getting ****ed with more contracts to deal with. We need to sign Cirelli, Sergy and Cernak. So no, we are good, thanks.
