LMAO; hard pass from Chicago. Kane, after having his best year last year, is on pace for another top 3 year in his career...in other words he's not slowing down. Even #1 pick in the draft this year, Alexis, or any draft year would have a very hard time matching what kane has done. In the last decade, Kane is #1 in points by a healthy 35 point margin over Crosby, followed by Ovy, Giroux, Tavares, Stamokos, Kessel.

Guys like Kane don't grow on trees and he's proving he's still a top 10 forward in the league and will remain a top performer for the remainder of his contract. Cozens will never be what Kane is and unless that #1 pick is a top 4, the Hawks shouldn't even consider it.

All said, everything I read is Kane is done with Buf after selling his house and doesn't even spend summers there anymore.

Good, I can't imagine any hockey player in general not willing to trade living or playing in Buffalo over Chicago anyway if the salary is the same

If by exciting, you mean dodging bullets every night, then yeah Buffalo's pretty boring

So you believe the trailor trash and her mother who got caught planting evidence and the case was thrown out; got it...I guess in Buffalo when you don't have a lot of choices one will go to great extents to make a living someway

That would be a definite NO from me.

Would have to be the #1 OA this year (or very close to it), Cozens, Olofsson and also take Seabs to even have a consideration on this.

My answer is still NO.

I appreciate Kane and think he is one of the best players in the game today... that being said, there's a lot more problems in Buffalo than 1 player can solve. Trading 3 quality assets for 1 great one isn't going to make a better team.
