Leafs fans give oilers the bird as they think Larsson sucks and Kapanen is goods gift to hockey.

Kapanen is quite good though TBH ... on pace for 20 goals / 50 points as a 3rd liner who kills penalties and gets no power-play time.

Signed for $3,200,000 x 3 years with RFA expiry ... and has plenty of room to improve at 23.

What more can you really expect?

Larsson doesn't suck. He's everything we need. But Kapanen is worth a lot around the league. His 5v5 p/60 is higher than many of the league's big stars. He's buried in Toronto with so much winger depth, but I guarantee he would shine in Edmonton's top six.

You are the exception. I think Larsson is exactly what the leafs need as well. I also am a big Kapanen fan. I would love him on the oilers. IMO Oilers need a LW. But I also think when a trade be if it’s both teams, there is value in that. I wouldn’t trade Larsson if I was Oilers GM though.

Grant is our best depth forward right now, Sherwood has a ton of potential and Miller is retire this year and won’t waive his NTC

Didn't know that about Miller. The Ducks are out of it, I doubt they're worried about moving an expiring contract in Grant.
