while i am a little confused about a "Top 45 pick" What would BUF like to see in a Package from TOR for Ristolainen

Edit: I understand now. Looking back i can understand. What if it was changed to picks removed from both sides or Buf adding a 4-6th rounder?

I really don't understand the Jet trade. If Poolman is a competent NHL Dman, even for a year, he has more value than AHLer Bracco.

I would do a lot more than this if they blow yet another year of their window. The big stars are way too comfortable and take too many games off. Dealing one of them to fix all our roster issues would help us cap-wise and make the other guys wake the **** up.

Bracco i feel is an NHL player but he can only play the Right side & there is not even a chance for him to play in the right side in TOR with Marner,Nylander,Kap & Moore. IMO he Is a sore offensive minded 3rd scoring line 30-40 point at the moment with potential to be a solid consistent 35-45 point player. Moore is worse Offensively but is miles ahead of Bracco in defensive ability which why IMO is why Moore starts over Bracco on TOR

I don't even feel its the Forward stars fault iv i am being honest. While yes they need to do more defensively in their own end they are also being blamed for a HUGE lack of defensive talent. IMO TOR has a 25-30th range Defense in the league. If TOR could get that up to even League average at 13-16th i think TOR fans would see a HUGE change in opinion on the forwards "Lack of defensive effort"

Is this even up for debate? Toronto is not getting past the first round. They either don't or can't play defense. This run and gun style is entertaining, but once the playoffs start and the rulebook goes out the window they will have no chance.

This is always the debate about non NHLers, not matter what other league they play in. Does their game (in this case Bracco) transform into a the NHL. My opinion about Bracco is he not an NHLer. But for his sake, hope he has the opportunity to succeed (or fail) in the NHL. I don't think his path is blocked by the Leafs, it's just that he isn't NHL good.
