Well he wants to relocate them so i guess he’s making the team less desirable to the locals to drive attendance down further. No other reason for moves this bad.

Bean is a top 10 D prospect in the league, Bokk is a top 50 prospect across the league. Who the hell is that pigeon? Bro, get outta here.
