Description
lol miller back to vegas
how i see the value to VG is A- prospect, NHL replacement, some d help and 2 picks. (1st, 2nd, 2x 3rd and 4th rounders of value)

bogo can still help jets but i dont think big buff will be back there so mostly just a cap space move for sabers and possiblity that he may play next year.

No, Vegas are trying to win now, they don’t want prospect/picks

I would think Ristolainen would need to go to Vegas in any deal with Tuch going to Buffalo.

He is a great young power forward playing third line because Vegas has a bevy of great wingers and he was injured to begin the season. He is on a contract that is very good for 6 more years, that is extreme value.

Also, I could be as uninformed as your post makes you seem and say Risto is about -300 in his career, don't hype him too much.

I think a trade around Tuch and Ristolainen/Montour makes sense for both teams as it fixes their cap structure and gives them pieces they are missing for pieces that they have an abundance.

If they got Tuch, drafted whoever falls to them in the draft then traded next first/second rounder, Middlestadt and other pieces for a 2C then that's a playoff team and probably a dangerous team starting next season, certainly thereafter for a decade with good management. Young, talented, with size, players on long contracts and still with good prospects, they would be set.

He was playing well, not dominant and that injury wipes it away. Would be different if he was able to finish the season in the A. But this season gets wiped, and he wont play another meaningful game for nearly a year after he got hurt, at which time he is turning 23. That was a really bad time in his career for a season ending injury. He has still not proven he can translate it to the NHL as well. Even without the injury an A- was a stretch.

i just think tuch has less value to team moving forward then they guys you mentioned so i dont think they should if it involves the top 2 rhd.
