Nothing really that enticing for Dumba other than your lottery pick. I know Bergevin doesn't like trading 1sts though

Knowing that we had bad sequences this year and the draft is really good this year, trading our 1st pick unprotected is extremely costly but if we send you another 1st round pick between rank 10-20 and add Victor mete and jake evans, do you consider it ?

If Mini decided to deal Dumba (which is dumb IMO) teams should be lining up to get him, teams that can put a much better package than the habs if they arent willing to deal their 1st.
I think Carolina could make a deal happen

Nope. Dumba is in a funk right now but there's no question that he's a top pairing D. I'd hope we get a premium asset for him. We have zero reason to force a trade unless it makes complete sense and your unprotected first is the only thing that makes sense to me.

If petry is trade you'll need someone to replace him. Neither Fleury or juulen are ready to take his place and you'll want someone who'smaking less defensive error cause he's a defenseman at first.

I think maybe (sound dumb IMO but still) Weber for Dumba and Eriksson Ek/Donato?
MIN reunites Suter and Weber and if it goes wrong then Weber can be traded to NSH for a big return, because just in case some don't know, if Weber retires in the last year of his contract, Nashville has 24 million dollars in recapture.

Yeah he ain't giving up a unprotected 1st at home draft especially for a guy that'll play on a third pairing here (Behind Weber and Petry)...

say we do trade petry. we wont trade a 1st to acquire another right shot. the purpose of trading petry is to get more draft picks. but i do like ur idea of replacing petry with dumba. i think ur on to something

donato is barely a half a point per game player in his career. suzuki in his rookie year is already above half a point per game. suzuki's value is so much higher.plus suzuki is a right shot center. teams covet those
