I doubt TO would want to add 2 extra contracts in a trade. Especially when all of the players coming back are useless to them.

you can keep Puljujärvi, Lemieux is already a proven bottom 6 player. rangers would be hoping for Puljujärvi to become a 3rd liner. Lemieux is a big part of the rangers future, coaching staff loves him.

I agree on the contracts thing and that this isn't a deal TO would take, but the players aren't completely useless to you: Toronto has the 7th worst PK in the league and Khaira is very good while shorthanded. Lagesson also plays significant PK minutes in the AHL although I'm not aware of any AHL stats measuring effectiveness. I'm not sure why Toronto would be interested in Benning though, even though I believe he has value.

TO's pk has been significantly better under Keefe.
