** If Guentzel can come back for playoffs - My God this teams Depth & Versatility is Insane.
W/ 59 in line up ...could realistically have like 50 different line-up options w/ all the Center capable Forwards & w/ most wingers
all able to play both sides.

- Getting Kappy to add to our group of young / very good wingers in -
Guentzel - McCann - Kahun - Kappy

** This Kappy trade was suggested by a TOR fan bc I had DeSmith, 2nd, & Trenin (got from NASH in Chucky trade) at 1st.

- Plus all moves w/out giving up 1st or best prospects.

TOR gets a real back-up Goalie & a 1st Rd LHD-man that is almost ready & should get NHL time next yr.

- Kreider is the Guentzel Replacement but plays a much more physical role that is needed here. 20 still has that elite speed tho that will fit perfect here.
- Boo is a solid depth guy if injuries at Center

In regards to the Leafs trade. While i agree that the value is close. The Leafs get a backup who theoretically wont play a game in the playoffs and a prospect who very clearly has NHL potential but also dosnt help them this season. In my opion this looks more like an offseason trade the Leafs might look at but as of now the Leafs are more then likley looking for more immediate help on defence

The NYR trade is pretty awful for the Rangers. Riikola does nothing for them, the 2nd will be late in the round, and Galchenyuk's a pending UFA. Try again, with some actual assets.
