Description
I tried to be a little bit creative with this one.

Stalock - a dependable option that doesn't need to be re-upped as he has term at $785,000. I think a goaltending prospect + a RW prospect + a pick is reasonable. I like this option over Georgiev as it will cost us less to get him and Georgiev will be an RFA at the end of the season and demand a bigger raise.

Del Zotto - Probably the same level of competency as Ceci. He's good insurance while Rielly is out for a couple months and can be good CHEAP depth through the playoffs. The 4th is a little steep for him on his own but when you factor in that they're taking Ceci's Cap-Hit it's a reasonable move I think.

Timashov - Isn't long-term, there's enough organizational depth (Marchment, Brooks, Petan, Korshkov, Agostino)

Nashville Trade - Here's the creative trade. So Fabbro is a legit top-4 dman on a cheap contract that expires to RFA at the end of next season. He's going to command a big price to take him out of NSH. I think it'd be roster-ready young piece, 2 B prospects + pick(s).
Johnsson-Roster ready young forward something NSH needs.
Kivihalme - B prospect
CBJ3rd, EDM5th, TOR2nd - picks
Kyle Turris is the creative part - we're taking him off of NSH hands so that they can maybe make more moves in the summer etc. His contract is rough to move and he has been underperforming in NSH. Taking Turris provides value in this deal.
The Leafs would have to eat it a bit in the summer and move his contract somewhere else but there are teams with flexibility who could take Turris' contract off our hands particularly with a 3rd or 4th rounder included.

If I posted Fabbro for Johnsson, Kivihalme a 3rd, 2nd & 5th - I think that's relatively fair value. It's around what D-Men with his level of promise have gone for in the past. Turris I thought would be not a bad addition as there's clearly a LOT of talk of him wanting out and the Preds wanting him gone. I guess it really depends on how much value you place on Turris but I would think that a top-6 winger, a promising prospect and 3rd,2nd+5th picks is not a bad return.

Pretty much all of these trades are pointless. Del zotto is worse then ceci but it's a cap dump. You could get way more for him

The Preds definitely don't think Johnsson, Kivalme, a late 3rd and a late 2nd is relatively fair value. If that was the price, there'd be 29 other teams lining up for him.

How come it's easier for the Leafs to get rid of Turris than Nashville. What am I missing?

It isn't necessarily - but I think it's a shot worth taking to get Fabbro.
