If the preds retain on a turris trade, I don't think it would be that much. Doesn't seem very Poile-like

It’s a deal like this, it is how turris gets traded without getting rid of a pick or a prospect

Sure - I just don't really see him doing it

What could you possibly imagine is the point to this trade? I'm baffled.

I watch both teams very often and I know turris would fit perfectly with O’Reilly

Can't see any team retaining that much money for that many years.

Edited Jan. 22, 2020 at 5:33 p.m.. Reason: spelling is hard
Bozak has been quietly fantastic (on pace for a third best year in points as a 34 year old third line winger, outstanding in defensive metrics), is only here for one more year and makes less than Turris. Bozak has also had great chemistry with Thomas. The year after Bozak is up we have to re-sign some combination of Thomas, Kyrou and Schwartz if not all three, trading for Turris would eat that cap up for longer, regardless of retention. And finally Turris is very not good, bad enough to have been scratched on a Predators team that, itself, is very not good. So no thanks from the Blues.

Yeah, that's so randomly wild I think it might be like experimental street theatre.
