With what Ive seen this season. If Vassy got hurt during the playoffs I'd rather Georg than Mac-E. Mac has been sound this season but has not been as strong as he was last season.

Ok, but isn't your cap situation for next season going to be a problem Georgiev will probably want at least 2.5M and someone could easily OS him more than Tampa could pay

Figure his right get traded in the off season. $2.5m nets us a first rounder that'll be higher than the one we trade away.

Net gain. And playoff depth.

Georgiev will probably command at least 2 x 3 on his new deal, There's no way Tampa can afford him along with Sergachev, Cirelli and Cernak with what they will command without moving out at least 2 big contracts.
