Well, I know that but I feel he would be a good fit on a few teams. The Bruins I could see.

it would take a lot. he's on a really good deal 4.25 for 4 more years, he's scored 30 goals last three season. No way preds trade him unless its a big over pay

Be worth looking at in detail and with NSH sucking Poile might be motivated for a shake-up.
Arvid is about 0.75 pts per game since he's become an NHL regular, his contract $/term are good as mentioned above and he plays hard!
His production has dipped a bit this year (is it a blip? or a trend?) and injuries might be an issue to consider I guess due to his hard nose style?
    * Is the trade something like (2-pieces): A young NHL roster player (One of FWDs Heinen, Debrusk, or Bjork | Or one of DMEN Carlo or Grizz)? and a second rounder?, or
    * As above but now (3-pieces): Add a single prospect too (ie: Seny or Frederic or Lauzon or Zboril)?

My best guess would be Vaak +1st + Heinen

Nashville gets a top D prospect, a 1st, and a solid young TWF that always seem to flourish in Nash
Getting Vakk allows them (if they choose) to do a bit of a retool and trade Ekholm for a big haul. Josi, Ellis, Vaak and Fabbro is an incredible future top 4
