Still short a couple of players, Cirelli worth is closer to 5 million. Someone will offer sheet Cirelli if that is all TB pays him. Rutta is paired with Hedman and playing well, will get more on the open market. Yes it is concerning/depressing. More than one five million dollar contracts need to go.

Cernak should actually come in no higher than 2 million, as his play has regressed this season. Cirelli isn't getting 5 either on a bridge. Cirelli should be around 4 on a bridge and Sergachev around 4.5. If the cap goes to 84, a 22 man roster is doable as long as one of Gourde, TJ, Palat or Killorn is moved. It won't be easy, but Tampa is far from being in deep ****. Offer sheets are also quite rare, so while not impossible, I highly doubt either Cirelli or Sergachev consider them from likely, a much worse team. JBB hasn't done his previous deals with no plan or vision in place, I'm sure he and his staff have some idea already who is leaving and the ballpark #'s they will work with regarding the others. Tampa has kept it rolling for several years now when most said it was impossible, so I'll have some confidence it will continue.
