I would think if you were trying to pull a RFA away ANTHONY CIRELLI might be an easier pull

financially with ~$18M available to sign Pulock / Toews / back up G / 2 4th liners and a scoring W they probably can, but would LOU spend the coin? and would he trade picks to dump Leddy/other contracts?

in 2 years when he is UFA can you afford to keep him? when you already have Montour/Jokiharu/young player at RHD

and then still have the $ to sign Dahlin/Joki/VO/goalie/#2/3 LHD/Potentially Cozens?

the point is he's a $5.4M luxury right now , would you rather he leave as a UFA or replace him with a scoring RW under 23 that can be cost controlled for 5+ years; maybe Roslovic isn't that guy, but that guy is out there
