I think with this team reinhart would be great 2c we desperately need. He really was never given shot before but with those wingers he will be fine until cozens is ready.

We would send him to minors but most teams need to make even money trade. So we would get more in a trade if we take manning back and send him to minors.

He will never make our team. Look at who he has to jump even in the minors. Pilut, Borgen, Fitzgerald, gilmour, Johnson and Nelson. All those guys will be fighting for Wat maybe 2 spots?

The only LH defenseman we will for sure have long term right now is Dahlin
Borgen is RH, so he won’t factor in
Pilut, Johnson & Samuelsson are the LH defensemen we have coming
Pilut is ready
Johnson & Samuelsson still needs much development

Fitzgerald, Gilmore & Nelson aren’t figuring into our future plans. Even listing them at all makes no sense

Samuelsson is nowhere near untouchable
But saying he won’t make the team is ridiculously premature

Don't know if I agree with you on Palmieri's worth...I would use Evander Kane as a comparative, we got a cond 1st, cond 4th and O'Regan.
First off Palms has a year left to Kane who was to become an UFA
Kane's numbers are a little better but Palms has gotten better with age
Age is the same

I would go 2021 1st (top 10) lottery protected reverts to 2022
2020 4th
'B' prospect at best

That extra year gives Buffalo a chance to see if Palms fits in and figure out if it is worth resigning.
RW is a desperate need for this team and gives them all off season to figure out the second line center position, is it Cozens (which is a gamble as we saw it didn't work out banking on Mitts or acquiring one through trade)
I would put him with Eichel off the get go.
