      That team isnt good enough. We cant take on Backes when we need another goalie and atleast two top six forwards to compete again

      I think the idea is to start to rebuild.

      The leafs trade seems decent. I would do that.

      Yeah cause its an underpayment. I would take back Ceci but the pick would need to be a second.

      Interesting signings and trades. The TOR one definitely needs to be a 2nd instead of a 4th, and the Melk-man's needs to be a 4th or 5th instead of a 6th, and Sorenson would fetch between a 2nd or 3rd so value's about right there but substitute Marcus in for Barclay and that's a deal with the Bruins since the Sharks will be keeping Goodrow after his breakout year (I get the idea of wanting to trade him while his value's high but in this case you're not really getting much in return after taking on Backes, plus he's close with the players in the locker room too).
