I'd rather OS Cirelli than trade them DeAngelo for him, they won't have enough cap space for either one of them anyway, also Detroit won't do that trade, they aren't moving picks. Not to mention that Anaheim will not want to move Kase

Kase is moveable, but we’d probably need a good top 4 RD or a prospect with even better upside coming back.

And? Cirelli is the 2C, an expansion is coming up, and tampa already traded him away because of attitude. Not to mention DeAngelo is 2 yeats older, has 2 more years of experience, and is much furrher along in his development. Oh and since you wanted to bring up he has more points as a defenseman, lets talk about how Cirelli has a much better defensive game as a forward.

unless the rangers trade some of their rfa's they won't have the cap space next season to give offer sheets that other teams can't match. tampa can give a player a 4 mill contract, they need RD.

kase been all over the rumor mill, probably won't move him but we're all here for speculation. detroit wouldn't regret giving up a 2nd for georgiev.

we don't really seem to see eye to eye on anything, dime. did you vote for hillary?

i respect that. hope you guys get that for him. whatever team does that though is making a mistake. rykov has the potential to become a very solid 5-6 LD. he is ready for the nhl now.

would you do georgiev and smith for your 2nd? can buyout smith. or keep him, he is only owed 2.35 mill next year after the rangers pay his bonus.

i was the only person on this site hating on the panarin and trouba signings. everyone made fun of me. new york teams have no choice to over pay. we are taxed up the ass here. it's expensive to live here. new york teams never get a discount on talent. players come to new york to get paid first, win second.

To be fair Panarin has lived up to his contract, and I will admit that I liked him coming hear at first, but not at 8M I would have prefered 7M. I think the problem with Trouba is that he is not putting up the points he was last year, he lets up some pretty disappointing goals, and I think his speed is so obvious.(He is so F**king slow) The Rangers obviously didn't know that DeAngelo and Fox were going to be as good as they have been this season, except for DeAngelo's defensive play, but I would put some of that on his defensive partners Hajek/Staal. I'm assuming your a Rangers Fan so if you ask me they need to ship out their current top pair at the Deadline or Draft. Skjei and Trouba are two players the Rangers do not need

I would go into next season with the following D pairs

Ryan Lindgren - Adam Fox
K'Andre Miller - Tony DeAngelo
X - Joey Keane

X can be anyone, but it will probably be Marc Staal, I'd prefer Rykov

The idea of keeping Trouba and Skjei makes no sense because this team has too many D prospects coming up to keep them here and they could get forward depth for them.

trouba is kinda falling into the same problem shattenkirk had in ny. he isn't a top pairing damn, but asked to be the guy. trouba is still our best dman. skjei is having the same problem here as well. i would move skjei but the problem is none of our prospect project to become a top pairing D. time will tell.

No I wouldn't, georgiev on Detroit is a disaster waiting to happen and Andersson sucks. Rather use the pick and Ras is better suited for their need

we get it, you think cirelli is the next Bergeron. i like cirelli a lot, and his defensive quality is what made me want to make the trade. you're badly getting ahead of yourself with this players value. deangelo has scored his whole career, this isn't a fluke season. GM's can be confident he is going to continue scoring. your team needs RD, are you going to spend your whole cap on forwards? you literally have no RD next season. shattenkirk is going to want a raise.

idk what games you been watching but georgiev is going to be a solid starter in the league. andersson is going to have a nhl career playing bottom 6 mins. he doesn't suck, he just should have never been drafted 7th overall.

Rangers D is way better than Detroit's. I'm saying georgiev won't be the answer for Detroit, a different team with a better D he helps big time. Andersson has mental problems, throwing his silver medal in the crowd, leaving his team cause he's mad, don't want that type of player on my team.
