I believe the Blue's would love to resign their captain, and this will make room to do that.
1) Liljegren (blue-chip prospect) could fill the 3rd pair RHD on a strong team and will grow into a top 4 easy.
2) Johnson is 20 goal scorer and a Calder cup MVP player and
3) Bracco has good-upside.
Parayko is the better player today, no doubt.
That being said, If I were GM, I might be willing to add a pick even this year's 2nd at worst.

Blues aren’t moving Parayko. Especially not for this.

You might be right. However, what did you mean by "this"? This is a pretty big package a sought after 2o year old blue chip RHD prospect and a proven 20 goal scorer with potential to become 30 goal scorer isn't "nothing". Bracco has 20 goal potential aswell!
