Love to trade 4th best forward for Grit... That CBJ trade screams Larry Brooks nonsense.

Anderson's value is at an all time low-- while buch is having a down season, you are talking about someone with 26 points in 48 games (.54 points per game) for someone with 4 points in 26 games (.15 points per game). Unless there is a decent pick or prospect included I do not make this trade if I'm the rangers. Andersson could probably net Anderson at this point

3rd best RW, and always in Quinn's doghouse. Not that I agree with the Brooks nonsense, but how Quinn utilizes his guys, it might be better to have Anderson over Buchnevich, But I do think Columbus would need a small add, here.

Ah yes get rid of good players for worse players because the coach has no idea how to optimize the talent on his roster. That sounds like a good long term plan.

No, he couldn't, because the Jackets wouldn't do that deal. We have no desire to sell low on Andy.

They aren’t selling low in a deal for Buchnevich

Quinn’s use of skilled and talented forwards leaves a lot to be desired. Soon, he’ll have Kakko, Panarin, Kravtsov, Chytil as the top wingers. That leaves Buchnevich with 2022’s McKegg and Haley - and irrelevant.

Given how Buchnevich has stalled in development? It's selling low.

If Chytil is a winger this rebuild is over and done.
