NYR trade is interesting but I doubt either team wants to do it.

He's on pace for 45 points; you may not like him but he certainly does not suck.

Ok fair enough. He just seems underwhelming. I agree both teams likely say no.

With the uncertainties around Patrick I highly doubt we consider moving Frost. It certainly wouldn’t be for that return if we did.

i figured Frost should get a bigger return but at the same time. with the rumors of what NYR asking for Georgiev and what i perceived Buchnevich to be worth (Aprox a 2nd) As an outsider looking in Center depth seemed expendable due to the potential to run Couturier,Giroux & Hayes down the middle being able to get a 3rd line UFA in the summer if needed to move Hayes up the lineup. I dont see a Future with Frost on the Flyers down the middle for at least 3-4 years not due to Frosts ability but more the pure depth of high skilled players at Center.

Giroux prefers to play LW at this point. He’s playing Centre out of necessity.

Ideally we run

Frost
Coots
Hayes
Laughton

Patrick can play 3RW if he returns
DocArin0 and OldNYIfan liked this.

How about Isaac Ratcliffe and the 2020 second for Martinez?
