If I was Devil's I would want a first, he is cost controlled and if it a deep contending team like Pittsburgh I would do a first and a b-c prospect. He's one of the best contracts in the league also...

A 2nd and B-prospect is more then enough, a 1st is an overpay, one extra season of term isn't really worth a 1st for a 3rd line player.
