Pretty weak deal for the preds - I think they do better. Don't like adding the 5th and would prefer the 2nd to be 2020

That’s a lot to ask for Saad. He’s still good, but he isn’t who he used to be. I wouldn’t give up anything more than a 2nd and a decent prospect (maybe Durandeau)

Then you're not getting him. Also, "he isn't who he used to be" is a false statement.

He's having one of his best years and on pace for 27 goals despite a injury that kept him out 10 games; and that's for a defensive power forward not a scoring winger. Bottom line, you aren't getting Saad for what you suggested...not even close.

Hawks likely decline as the Hawks are in the playoff race. If they are clearly out by the TDL then I can see this being the kind of deal the Hawks would be interested in.
