Take out the 4th from LA and Lauzon. Deal.

Rangers decline.

Thornton declines. So does Boston.

Do you really think that would be enough to get Tyler then after that?

What would get that Rangers deal done then?

To me that is a full circle type story and you never know if he declines cool

during the summer so many boston fans were yelling at me that they didn't need kreider. they boasted about their deep LWers. only a few months later and here we are, on your hands and knees begging for our LW. pony up the big bucks mofo's, gotta pay to play. enjoy your winter, it's going to be a cold one.

2nd and Seny enough.

To much trash in the Rangers deal. High pick mid prospect. Or mid pick high prospect. Leave the rest out.

Thornton hates the B’s org. Even if he did not have the NMC he’d probably retire rather than report. On top of that at this point he’s no better than Backes on the ice.

To answer your 2nd question....

Bruins have one of the worst prospect pools in the league: https://theathletic.com/1464556/2020/01/14/wheelers-2020-nhl-prospect-pool-rankings-no-30-boston-bruins/

The price for Kreider is a 2020 1st + B prospect (According to Dreger and others) That B prospect will undoubtedly be a F because of the Rangers depth of D in their pool

The Bruins pool features 1 A prospect, 2 B prospects (Beecher, Vaakanainen) and some B-/C+ prospects (Steen, Lauko)

Some considered deals from other teams include

1st + Alex Barre Boulet
1st + Henrik Borgstrom
1st + Filip Hallander
1st + Klim Kostin
1st + Janne Kuokkanen

The only F prospect the Bruins have in this tier is Beecher.

Bruins fan won't want to do it, but because the prospect pool is so drained, the only thing that really works is a 1st + Beecher. If you guys want to try and negotiate an extension, that's on you. But that's about the market rate for Kreider.

Still don’t. Need the RW.

Lol prospect rankings are a joke. They're litterally written just to get clicks and views and make people argue.

We have LWer's playing RW because we dont have room for them all. The only appeal to Kreider is he can play RW.

No thanks Kreider and Thornton

would also like to keep Senyshyn since there's no guarantee Toffoli stays and Bruins don't have much on RW (prospects)

that's what my argument was at that time. kreider would fit good with boston. he is also from the area, went to BU. if he was going to give nay team a discount i would think boston would be the team. if they decided to make room to re-sign him.

Problem was back then that NYR had signed Panarin and traded for guys like Trouba and Fox. They weren't going to be looking for futures in a deal.

Boston also would have had a hard time fitting him under the cap.

I did, so have plenty others, because with Marchand, Debrusk, Heinen, Bjork they are set for top 9 LW, they need RW.

Nobody has mentioned Lindholm. If they did they are idiots. Got a pretty good idea who it might have been if it did happen. Lol.
