These would be great for the Jets, not sure if they're likely to happen but would be nice if they did.

They really should trade Lowry, dumb old hockey men would want him even though he's useless.

This won't be a popular take but it might be time to consider trading Wheeler as well.

Lowry is fine to me but once his contract is up he’s easily replaced by gustafsson. I’m open to the idea of moving wheeler but true north is too loyal and I’m not even sure what we would get for him

Lowry is pretty close to the worst 3C in the league, the sooner he's gone the better. He's a waste of time and drags down the 3rd line with his black hole offensive ability. Shouldn't wait for Gustafsson to replace him, Copp is already his replacement.

Wheeler might want to go at this point though, the guy wants a cup and there isn't one coming to Winnipeg this season and the future looks really unknown. As for what he's worth idk, definitely worth finding out though cause this team needs a serious retool.
