Tatar is on pace for 70 points, and isn’t on an expiring contract. If he gets traded this is the type of return Bergevin is after. Colorado has a deep prospect pool and can afford to lose a good prospect if they feel they’re in a position to win.

No one is going to give you top prospects for these guys. Lets be serious here. And if you think that is going to be a sticking point, then have fun not trading them and let them go to waste next season as well
