Trade would depend if the Leafs really think Georgiev could be a # 1 starter in two years and whether the Leafs want to trade for a LHD, which is kinda a position of strength. I like both Rangers and Kapanen so it could be a deal.. If not the Leafs, the Rangers might get similar value from another team.

Andersen was a sure fire starting goaltender, and it was a very late first. Georgiev has 66 games under his belt. Kapanen is a devloped player who is hitting 40-50 points on the third line with little powerplay time. Lindgren is also a lefty and not very good

Let's just say that whether Toronto's willing to do it or not, Kapanen or one of the Leafs other really good, young forwards would have to be involved for the Rangers to do the deal.
