I would say PIT prob accepts, goalie they don't need, D that they can replace with league min and Simon who they love and is cheap, but Kap is the superior player. Throw in the 2nd and yeah, PIT most likely accepts

If the Leafs offered GMJR this deal, I would like to think he would accept and run away laughing because he fleeced the Leafs. As a Pens fan I 100% support the deal.
I think the deal is a lot more realistic without the draft pick or a lot lower one involved. The idea that the pens could get a 2nd and a top 6 winger that's young on a reasonable contract for a backup goalie, a bottom pair d-man and a should 3rd or 4th liner is highway robbery.

I said it was fine for the pens. I never mentioned anything about TOR.
But as sad as it seems. With the man crush the penguins have on Simon, they would probably do something stupid like reject it.
