I would just like to point out that both goalies deals are up this year, so is Pettersson, Toffoli, McCann, Simon and Kahun.. when Guentzel comes off LTIR that'll be roughly 1.3m in cap space to sign all of them (and whatever escalator as well)-- good luck, as Buff isn't a UFA-- he's signed another year

The Byfuglien trade is awful anyway. What a horrible idea to relegate Marino to 3rd pairing minutes.

I would agree, and I believe it was rumored they LA wanted a 2nd and a prospect for him. BUT pit doesn't have their 2nd this year and I assumed LA wouldn't want next years 2nd.
