I can't imagine Chicago or St Louis accepting those proposals, but the Detroit deal looks possible.

If that's what the Rangers end up with for Kreider od ne okay with it.
I really dont see the Rangers trading Trouba or St Louis or Chicago giving up 1st rounders in those deals.

Want to find me some examples of players of similar stature to Kreider that have gotten such a return?

just last trade dl hayes brought back a 1st and a solid bottom 6 nhler. the 1st ended up being the 20th pick. boston's pick is going to be in the late 20's.

    Based off what?

    Let’s put this in perspective.

    Stone avg 66pts per 82g. 2nd/Branstrom

    Granlund 56pts per 82g. Fiala

    E.Kane 48pts per 82g. 1st/Danny O’regan

    Coyle 42 pts per 82. Donato/5th

Kreider 48pts per 82. So why is it people seem to think he’s going to get a bigger return than all of them?

2nd and Lauko or 1st/Shen or Heinen/3rd that becomes a 2nd if Kreider extends. And that’s only because it’s a sellers market.

I’ll understand if that rental is actually good at hockey. All Skjei does is make it harder to sign Pietrangelo and blocks the far superior Dunn from playing meaningful minutes

Nylander is better than Lias Andersson

I would rather have our First this year than Ryan Strome (who we couldn't afford nor have a spot for) and Libor H + the third.

I am a rare breed of Chicago fan that still belives in Nylander, and am not ready to give up on him, and our first this year could easily be from 11-16.

Edit: It doesn't really fill our needs at all.

Hilarious, one year Rangers are signing a guy and next year you are trading him.

    Just buyout Trouba too.

Since when do teams that are rebuilding in some sense trade a good young player and their first round pick?

Top of the conference by 6 points. “Let’s trade a first for some rental.” That sounds like a brilliant idea for people on NHL 20.
