i think cbj and cgy are most likely to accept.
frolik is perfect fit for cbj style play and at that cost could really be nice depth piece.
flames same situation but vesy just puts up more points.

Lmao you want our second best forward prospect for a pending UFA... might want to do some research before saying Columbus would accept that so quickly. We really have no need for more wings. We need a second line center so if you were to offer up one of those then maybe... other wise we’d like to keep Marchenko.

well i kinda did do a little research, but i guess we disagree on how high his ceiling/ likelihood is. i used https://dobberprospects.com/team/columbus-blue-jackets/ to pick the player.
tho by your own notes you have no need for more wings and Marchenko is a winger?
would also take milano if it made you feel better.

Ngl I’m not a huge fan a Marchenko but I’d still rather keep the prospect vs selling what little prospects we have left for a UFA rental.

Also by the list you posted Foudy and Marchenko are the top 2 forward prospects as Milano, Bremstrom, Texier Lilja and Robinson wouldn’t be considered prospects anymore and as Foudy is higher, that makes Marchenko Columbus 2nd best forward prospect.

Marchenko is also signed KHL and can’t come across for a few years, at that time players like Folingo, Dubinsky, and possibly a few others will be gone where we might need a wing.

i believe they have it as players need 1 full season in nhl and/or be over a certain age, to not be called prospects anymore.

as a cbj fan what do you think they should do at deadline? hold, sell or buy

Then after this season the guys I mentioned won’t be prospects anymore as they have all been up most of the year.

As for the deadline I think they hold or try and find a more consistent 2nd line center with some term left. I’d be interested to see about a RNH from Edmonton but I think the price is to high so they hold.

yea, 2c aren't cheap in general but i think with edd in the thick of playoff race it be pretty steep price for them to decide to sell.
