If Colorado doesn’t land Kreider, Tatar is the better option ( even if Tatar is better than Kreider )

Just won’t be moving Timmins for deadline pick ups
And that’s not really how Sakic has worked in the past, if he doesn’t find the deal he likes he doesn’t make a panic move just to make a move, if anything he’s painfully patient,

Tatar isn’t a rental, so it will depends on how Sakic see Tatar like a fit or not

He has 1 year left and will be 30 when he needs a new contract, he’s not a long term piece.

If they don’t get kreider they will just wait to free agency instead of trading a Timmins. They wouldn’t include him in hall talks why would they for tartar. They won’t

This would be a really bad deal for Montreal. I will always have a soft spot for Dubnyk, but he is not the goalie he once was and certainly not worth a 3rd and a cheap goalie. I'd imagine the Wild wouldn't be able to move him unless we are the ones giving up a pick/prospect.

Alright we’ll take a chance for him 1 for 1 with Lindgren

Why, though? I'd take Lindgren at $750k over Dubnyk at $4.1M every time

We don’t have room for Lindgren in the AHL, we already have Primeau and we are wasting McNiven in the ECHL.
