What the team will look like with all the Trades Lou does

The top goal would be a top 6 W, Toffoli seems like the best fit as he would be a rental. They do not have the cap space to take on a long term contract without a bad contract like Ladd going the other way.

I think Lou will end up adding a low cost C, with Luke Glendening, Derek Grant, Nate Thompson as targets and JG Pageau as the big prize if he can make it happen.

Once Hickey is healthy he will probably be called up as the veteran 7th D-Man. But if the concussion issues persist then they could add a cheap veteran D-Man too.

They might end up doing something like they did with Brandon Davidson in 17-18, except maybe a bit of a bigger scale. I wouldn't mind contract swapping someone like Komarov or Clutterbuck for a player who gets paid less and is a low-cost D-man. Makes room for Bellows and with any luck we might get a pick and a decent D back, but that's pretty wishful

I would move Komarov also, not sure about Clutterbuck though. Yes he is overpaid but IF he can come back from injury and play like he usually does he is a good ad for the 4th line.

Lou could make room for Bellows right now, just put Dal Colle on waivers. Time to move on from him and give Bellows and/ or Wahlstrom an extended look.
