Again Blues are going to Re-sign Petro and even at that if we don’t Toronto won’t be able to for that if Blues can’t so sorry bud. I’ve already put down that much everyone says no. Blues could make that deal so for him to say no to St.Louis and go to Toronto for that is honestly never going to happen. Wife wants to stay in St.Louis why make the wife unhappy?

Petro will not sign for that little.

The Oilers giving up a first for Johnsson is the dumbest thing I have seen all day.

The penguins will not part with a first AND a usable backup goalie for Kerfoot that is completely idiotic.

Even if all GMs involved drank whatever koolaid it is that you have gotten into the leafs would be left with 5 players making 60% of the salary cap. Which is $81,500,000 not $83,500,000

Even with Faulk, there $7.5 million in cap space for the Blues next year with no roster moves and no cap increase, of which there will be both. There's plenty of room for Pietrangelo. If his asking price is $10.5mil, you might have a point. But if it's $10.5mil, the leafs can't afford him either.

It was sarcasm. Had to listen to Leafs fans deal Leivo for 1st or 1st pairing d man for 2+ years. Then, as you said they got an AHL player who sucked.

Kind of like how Kerfoot and Johnsson could land you two 1sts and a goalie.

They would have to pass DeSmith through waivers for next season. Also the salary cap will go up next season.

Toronto paid a 1st for 6 million in cap space. Steen has a NTC, Bozak has modified NTC and 2 years left at 5 mill. The only one that you could trade without giving up assets is Allen.

Apparently you don’t know what a M-NTC is he lists a 10 Team No Trade List and the NTC for Steen isn’t full either it’s a 20 Team no trade list after the end of the year nice try buddy.

Capfriendly says Steen has a full NTC. Also it doesn't take away that you would have to give assets to move Steen or Bozak's contract.

I don’t really care if we give up cheap assets because he’s actually doing good the both of them Bozak wouldn’t caught anything we actually get something back because he isn’t a cap dump just slightly overpaid. Also Bouwmeester’s contract is also up after the year, so tough luck for Toronto fans.
