No way Avs make that deal. Reilly is your best D, I wouldn’t even consider trading him but if you do you need to get back another top D for him.

Wanted to make it interesting. I think the other team would need to make an overpayment to get him. Also if the Avs made that deal they'd be heavy favourites to win the cup this year.

I think the Leafs make that Avs deal if they believe Byram is NHL-ready next season. That being said, they would need to find a way to replace Reilly's playoffs hard minutes. Re-acquiring Hainsey just would not cut it.

Honestly, not sure the Kings deal tips the scale enough to win the Kings' interest in giving Martinez to the Leafs. Bracco isn't a super well-thought-of prospect right now, and a mid to mid-low second (assuming the Leafs make the playoffs) is not enough paired with Bracco, who is maybe a bottom 6 NHLer.
