Let me know if value is off on any. I dont know some of the players that well but I consider Dillon value a early second+ in pure picks, just thought I would try something different

Quick FYI - it would be a terrible thing for the Canes to trade Priskie. Worked to get him in the system as a college UFA. Would be bad to turn around and trade him within a year.

Well I mean hes gotta be pretty disappointed they didnt even give him a shot when the whole reason he left the caps was to play big league this year was it not?

Only one of those players is useful to the sharks and its Heienen. Not even close in value

Really, hmm maybe you should take a closer look at Grizz who grades out ahead of Dillon. Lol. He’s under team control and would be Dillons replacement. If not we’ll give you Zboril and a 5th for Dillon. You would not get Heinen straight up for Dillon much less add a pick. ?

Retooling just delays the inevitable and will never be enough to get back to even the second round. Sharks need to commit to two seasons of pain, deal veterans with surplus value, and reload in the draft.

I don’t think it was to play in the big league THIS year, I think it was next. He struggled at the beginning of the AHL season and is just now getting his legs underneath him.

Who’s to say he doesn’t play this year?

That’s kind of a losers attitude. The sharks still have a good core and the forwards aren’t all that old.

Sharks don’t need a Dillon replacement, and we don’t need a Zboril. We need a young forward

I’ve seen your LD depth chart. Seems like you do.

But we can’t help you at FW. We need one ourselves.

We have three LD next year unless sharks dont resign Simek. My last worry is getting more salary in the D. Our forwards and goalies suck plain and simple

it's a loser's attitude because the sharks are losers right now. karlsson, burns, vlasic, kane, and couture are having the worst seasons of their careers and they aren't getting any younger. the future is locking in hertl, meier, labanc, and dillon, then surrounding them with cost-controlled assets and giving them competent goaltending. this cannot happen without burning it down and rebuilding.
