Has Bennett just completely fallen off in Calgary? What's his deal? He was so promising coming out of junior

They are third line wingers who need a new place and a fresh start.

There were some early injuries that I think delayed him a bit and by the time he was healthy there were other players who'd moved past him in the depth chart.

He never seemed to get any momentum going in terms of chemistry with other players; so he's kinda bounced around our lines, which doesn't help the chemistry building.

He's still young and still has a lot of upside, which is why Tre's been hesitant to move him (I would imagine), but at this point a change of scenery would probably help him a lot. Same goes for Janko.

Pittsburgh wouldn't use draft picks to acquire three reclamation projects mid season though. If they would consider anything it would be an even up trade for Galchenyuk, but Pittsburgh isn't taking 3 NHL contracts, over 4 million in cap, and still handing Calgary a 2nd.
