Seriously what are they going to do? Probably pay to get rid of Gourde but is that enough?

The only problem is that Gourde has a complete no trade for a couple more years. The only player that has a modified trade list next year is Killorn. The Bolts are going to be ripe for the picking!!

Cirelli and Sergachev will get at least 4.5. Two players will have to go. Gourde, palat, Johnson or killorn. Getting someone to drop ntc a challenge. And yes it’s going to cost tampa big time.

Well, start by not paying Verhaeghe the double of what is worth and then take it from there.
Tampa will be fine, every offseason we hear the same things but every September we are in a better place than where we were in July.

It's not going to cost Tampa big time. Killorn will be traded if neither Gourde nor TJ waive the ntc. Cernak is getting nowhere close to 3.5 and Verhaeghe will be lucky to get 900k, maybe a million tops. Serg and Cirelli should come in between 4-4.5 and Cernak no higher than 2. Tampa will lose one of Gourde/TJ/Killorn and may need to shed either Coburn or Paquette(Coburn if he'll waive the ntc, maybe Paquette if not), but the team is far from blown up or gutted this off-season.

Trade Killorn Paquette and send Coburn to the minors if he doesn't waive his NTC - which will make us save 1.1M
